About Qbit Health
Qbit is a healthcare analytics and education platform that helps students, researchers, and professionals learn from real hospital data. We believe publicly reported healthcare metrics should be accessible to everyone — not locked behind complex databases or proprietary tools.
How Qbit Works
Qbit uses a Four Brain AI architecture to transform natural language questions into validated, transparent healthcare analyses:
- 1
Brain 1 — Classification
Classifies your question and retrieves the right dataset from publicly reported hospital metrics.
- 2
Brain 2 — Validation
Applies deterministic rules to ensure data accuracy and flag statistical anomalies.
- 3
Brain 3 — Analysis
Generates a comprehensive, cited analysis with contextual interpretation of the data.
- 4
Brain 4 — Transparency
Produces a transparency report documenting every reasoning step, so results are auditable.
Data Sources
All healthcare data analysed through Qbit comes from publicly available, aggregate datasets. We do not collect or process personal health information.
- CIHI — Canadian Institute for Health Information: hospital performance indicators, wait times, and patient safety data
- CMS— Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services: Hospital Compare data, quality measures, and patient survey results
- Hospital Reporting — Provincial and state-level publicly mandated hospital performance reports
